Hi all,
i need urgently help.
We are implementing an integration between an s8300/g700 cm 2.2.0 using an mm720 ( fw 8 ) and a rightfax 9.3 using a brooktrout tr1034.
I've set up the tie trunk and the bri board , configured as network, protocol etsi and tei 0.

The issue i have is that i'm not able to get the layer 1 activated , is always pending activation, despite i use a straight or a cross isdn cable.
I have logged a ticket to avaya 3 weeks ago but didn't have yet a valid response.

Can somebody help please ?

Thanks

My Rightfax setup is via a tie-trunk... I posted my setup in this thread thread690-1449382
they also have some examples of an ISDN setup as well...

Thanks Zen216, the programming is not an issue, the issue is how to get the layer 1 activated.

All the programming for the routing is already in place.

Cheers

hi, sometimes, if the LSP wake up, i have to reboot the RightFax Server (reload services is not enough)

What's you configurations on DS1 + Sig Group + Tie Trunk ?

It never works as ETSI for me but as E1 (2048 ), hdb3 and country protocol =12

(i 'am in france)
