Hello,
Will try and be as clear as I can...
Im running a clustered citrix nfuse on 3 live farms on w2k, each farm has 4 servers. These servers are a mix of SP3 and SP4.
They run various applications for our end users who access via the latest Citrix client from their Windows XP machines.
Every day we have servers hanging, not all at once, just happens at random times throughout the day. Thought this must be application specific, so built another clean server and added it to a live farm left it for two days and on the 2nd day it hung without having any apps installed on it. This is happening on SP3 and SP4 servers.
From the event logs of the servers there seems to be only two common event ids they are as follows...
Event ID 7022 - The MrtgNT service has hung...
Event ID 7031 - SNMP service has terminated...
What the heck is the MrtgNT?? Doesn't even appear on the MS website...
Apart from that the event logs don't really offer much help...
Has anyone experienced this?...pleeeease help...
Thanks for reading.
