cluster upgrades

seems to be lots of conflicting advise on this - has anyone done it

i want to upgrade a 2 node netware 6 sp4 to 6.5 sp4

do i 1. run nwdploy against it with the upgrade cluster option

or roll all resources and then upgrade one and then roll and do the other
