Cluster - Quorum restoration

Hello,

My configuration is :
- Master/Media Server : Windows 2003 Server, NetBackup 5.0 MP5S2
- Client : Windows 2003 Server, NetBAckup 5.0MP5
- 1 library

My problem :

I have one cluster with two node. When I want to restore the quorum of my cluster, the NetBackup operation is Successfull (cluster_database). However, when I reboot the node and after restart the cluster service, I have one error:
The MSDTC ressource don't want to restart. I says "The cluster service don't restored the registry key of MSDTC ressource when the MSDTC ressource is restarted."

Help please.
