Cluster backup with agent problem

Hi,

I'm trying to backup the two nodes of a NT cluster and a cluster resource through NT agents.
My problem is that i am not able to backup one cluster node eventhough the configuration is the same for all of my backups (ERROR MSG: Failed to connect to Client agent)

Is anyone could give me some advices to solve this problem?
