Hi,

Anybody know how to change a class of service in a NAM. I want to change the password expiration of a CLS.

It depends on the software version. What do you have?

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)

4.1 NAM try F983 then AA, MBOX, 1

You will need Norstar manager activated on the NAM if 4.0 or lower. You will also need Norstar Voicemail Manager on a PC that is networked to the NAM in which case you need a NIC card for the NAM if it does not have and also the drivers for it and some patience.

3.0 or less without nic card you need to go in serial port. You then need password.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
