I cannot find any info for CLS AGRD. Do you know what it does?

what sch code are you getting? if you need it in a hurry, out the set, agrd is default

That's an Agent Greeting CLS:
(AGRD) Agent Greeting Denied
AGRA Agent Greeting Allowed

You need Agent Greeting board in your pbx.
Great feature for Call Center...

the call reaches the headset in the answered state and the agent has answered it from a miran type card. the caller hears the agent greeting, "thank you for calling xxx company, this is sara how can i help you" then the agent hears a tone, the agent doen't need to repeat that greeting 100 times a day and the greeting can be the same and not rushed

If you use AGRA, you need to use MOAA also. The two are both used for an agent greeting card.
