closing open files from the server

If I need to force a file closed the way I know to do it is:

Computer Management>Shared Folders>Open Files

Then sort thru to the file I need to close.

1. Is there a better way?
2. Is there a way to set a shortcut to go directly to the Open Files screen?
3. Is there a way to search the open files window for the particular file I am looking for?
