how can i have control on a close button on active report or a form, i mean whenever user click the close button on the top of the active report or a form, a few things be done be users( printing a few files) and after that the form or active report be closed actually, unless the form or active report not to be closed. is it possible?

Put your code in the QueryUnload Event for the form. VBHelp has a fuller explanation.
