Close Access Database Application even when users logged in

Anybody know how to force exclusive access to an Access Database Application?

I occationall need eclusive acces to our production system to import code updates etc. My problem is I cannoy get everybody to off the system long enough to complete the imports.

So, I would like to have a routine that will simply close everybody out (whether they want to or not) and also keep anybody from getting in until I have finished.

You may consider a BackEnd/FrontEnd strategy to better handle your code updates ...

I do have separate front-end and back-end application. The problem is that (at least in 2003) I am required to have everybody off the system in order to import forms, queries, modules that I have created in my separate development system.

Since I have a problem getting everybody to sooperate with a littl eexclusive time (like lunch time), I am looking for a way to blow everybody off and lock them out until I let them back in.
