How can I clone IDE 0 to IDE 1 using Ghost 2002. I IDe 1 installed on the secondary master controller. I have the A drive selected as the first boot device and boot seelk and boot sway are enabled, however the ghost boot disk is not recognized as boot disk
during boot up. What should I do?

make another boot disk and only copy system files to it
and also just add the ghost executable and create an autoexec batch file with the line ghost.exe
works for me everytime.

I have used Ghost for years, even before Norton bought it,
and the setup features have changed.
With Norton 2002,,,,,,, you install the program in Windows, and then create the disk.
As grygst says above, you need a blank floppy, and copy just the SYS FILES OVER..... that is 4 files only.
IN Windows: insert blank floppy
> Format command to A:
> Copy SYS files only

Then, Run Norton Ghost to make your NORTON GHOST DISK.

With Norton, I have always hooked the 2 HD's together, the MASTER being the one that I copy from, the slave the is the one I am ghosting too.
