Cloning a complete server

I have NT4 server running, all it is doing is validating user accounts and nothing more. I would like to set up a second computer that is a carbon copy of the first and keeps it self up to date so if the first one dies that second will just kick in. Any ideas if this is possible?

I assume that that server is the PDC for your domain?

If so just add a second NT server and make it a BDC in that domain, the two will automatically keep the user account info in synch.
