One of our users has an XP IBM desktop that recently has started running 30 minutes fast after every reboot. It stays fine while logged in. Tried so far:

Reset BIOS Clock
Turned off/on time sync with internet server
Disabled/reenabled Windows Time Service
Replaced CMOS battery
Replaced system board

Have I overlooked anything??

Time zone is correct
time sync through login script - she is the only user having issues. No changes have been made to the login scripts.
I will have a look at the MS update for Daylight's savings. However, if that was the case it would be fast by a whole hour, not 30 minutes

Are there any clues in the Event Viewer? Is System Restore of any use? How is the time in Safe Mode, or with another user logon in Normal Mode?
