Clipper Tools

I got the source of an old Clipper Program and was asked to change it from German Mark to Euro. I'm not familar with Clipper, since I normaly use other programming languages, but I think I did the neccessary changes. But when I try to recompile the program now I get error messages, that say that functions like wopen, wclose or wbox are missing.
I think a library called Clipper Tools is missing. Any Ideas where I could get this library?

To get clipper tools, you may contact GrafXSoft they bought the rights and source to the CA-Clipper & VO products from Computer Associates.

Oh Yeah, and the other place you may want to look is at Hallogram.com (I think that is the URL) but they also specialize in older software.
