clipper 5.2 +FiveWIN 1.9.2 under win2000

I have an application (based on clipper 5.2 and five win which works fine on win95,win 98 but with win 2000 error five win/3 comes up cannot create dialog box.
The Dll's that were required by win 98 are also placed both in win/system and also in win/system 32 in win 2000 including bwcc.dll

Has anyone encountered similar problems, I need your help in making this application work on win 2000.
