clients are not able to see any pubic folders from Outlook 2002

After past Jan 17 the users with Outlook2002 lost the access to any public Folders in my exchange. If the same client use the Outlook2000 or Outlook2003 they are capable to see this folders correctly. The same behavior ocurr with OWA.

Something have a similar behavior?. How i can resolve this?.
