Client unable to connect to Citrix

Citrix v6.2

Just reloaded this persons OS. Can connect to our network and can connect to the internet. The moment we try to get her to connect thru Citrix Neighborhood to use one of the apps the citrix connection screen appears and then about 5 seconds later we get an error that there is a network problem and the citrix timer starts counting down for a auto reconnect which also does not let her sign on. We are not even getting to the credintial screen for her to log on with. I have even tried to set up a different application set to see if that may be the problem. Also tried changing her computer name.

Any ideas??
