Yes. The web site administrator will set up all the info they will need to use the program (login info, id, pw) and give it to the Contributor. Templates can also be set up for each individual person so that is all they have access to.
They can also create Flashpaper which is similar to pdf files but uses Flash. The text in Flashpaper can be read by screenreaders. The files are smaller than pdf ones and are really nice and neat looking!
