client printer is installed on server not in session

We have problem whit a HPdeskjet 840 USB printer that's local,
it's being "installed" on the server not in the session.
This meens that all can see it and some users have this as default printer and are printing to it even if they arent in the same building.
Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

Do you mean that you don't want users to be able to use this printer?
If this is the case, the way I do it is to right click on the printer in question. Goto Properties & the Security tab.
Delete Everyone. If you only want certain users to be able to use it add thier username or group.

If this printer is installed on the server and you don't want it to be, delete it. If your users have this printer on their local PC then when they log into Citrix, it will auto create it due to the fact that even though the printer has been deleted, the drivers are still on your server.

We are using thin clients whit XPe and a USB interface to the printer, and are using Novell security and not Active Directory. (workgroup env)
This printer is in a "preschool" and is mostlty used to print out pictures, when the other thin clients (200) get this printer (when a user loggs in on the clent whit the printer) as default there is mayhem.
The best way would be to have this clent printer only in the session and not on the server.
The printer is not shared on the local t.client.
Is this normal for citrix/termeinal server or is there a way to force the printer into the session only.
