Client Print Jobs Lock-up in Queue

We have a remote office that has problems printing documents located on our server (via Citrix) to their local printers, but has no problems printing locally from their machines. I often have to Admin in and kill locked print jobs. We also have several terminals in the office, and they have no such problems.

I don't know where to start. Any advice?

Start by reviewing your Event logs to make sure the client printers are being autocreated correctly. If not, you will need to map the drivers in the Citrix Management Console (CMC)

If you have trouble with a specific HP printer, try using the old HP Laserjet 4 driver. This is the best driver made and will work with many models.
