Client permission to browse the network

Hi;
if I log on with an ordinary user to my client machine , it some time does not provide me the permission to browse the netwrok , but some thimes it works fine.
Administrator log on does not have this problem.
what is teh problem

Browse what network? Your internal network? I doubt this has anything to do with ISA server, unless your LAT table is incorrectly configured.
