Client Not Updated After Service Pack

Are the clients running a workstation install or standard? If standard
Nwadmin
Tools/groupwise system operations/software directory mngmt.
Highlight the SDD updated,click update,tick force auto-update, ok.
The next time a user goes into groupwise client it will ask if they want to install updated software. If you search support.novell.com you will find tips on useing setup.cfg which allows you to control the install.
Or if u use zenworks u could push the update out.
