We have a remote client running XP who had to re-install his laptop after disk crash. Was running Citrix without issues prior to crash. Now, user can see his network drives, but cannot copy files from network drives to his client drive (V
. Error message is 'Cannot copy <file>. Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.' None of those apply. Looking through threads here and on Citrix site, we have checked all ini files for possible setting of GlobalSecurityAccess parameter and found none. We have right-clicked the ICA icon to look for Client security settings and not found that option, instead we see options to change window size and view connection status. User is running WinICA32 client. What else can we check? Thanks.
