I am configuring a test environment for a Windows 2003 server. The server is a standalone PDC acting as a DNS, DHCP and Exchange server. I have a Windows XP machine that is a DHCP client. I can log on to the server with the XP workstation; it creates a new Windows profile for the client using user name, password and domain. The client can browse the web and attach to Exchange using Outlook. The client does not receive their drive mappings though. The client is attaching with an account that has administrative rights. If I terminal service into the server with that same account, it does map the correct personal drives for that account.
