Thanks, one more question, with ESA_HLCL, can I put the number for the physical address of the locaton for 911 calls and for HLCL the number for a customer service group. These phones are voip phones in a different location and need the cops to come to them when 911 is called, but when they call a customer, i want the customer service number displayed. Is this possible?

You sure can. That is the whole purpose.

BUT

You need to have ESA properly configured for the ESA entries to be picked up. You can put 7 or 10 digits in those fields as long as the insert DN is not also there (your number would be too long).

EXAMPLE

HNTN 312
ESA_HLCL 5554150 (number mapping to the PHYSICAL location)
ESA_INHN YES or NO depenfing if you need the NPA on ESA calls
ESA_APDN NO
HLCL 5551000 (main number on normal calls
DIDN NO (no DID number is sent)
