I'm hoping someone here has some advice on a CLID issue that my company is experiencing. We currently have a CS1000s at our main operations center and 11 BCM 50's (keycoded as SRG's) @ various remote sites. All of the phones are i2004's and all are built on the CS1K. The only differences among each of the sets is the zone that they are assigned to (Zone 001 is the ops center and Zones 002 through 013 are remote sites). When anyone from the ops center calls out all 10 digits are displayed on the recipients caller ID but the SRG phones only send out their 4 digit DN. When I change the zone settings on an SRG phone to Zone 001 it displays all 10 digit properly. Do we need to have a CLID table assigned to each zone? Is this even possible? I've combed through the menu options on the SRG's but can't find any entry for CLID. Incidentally, we also have 17 MG1000 cabinets connected to the CS1K and all of them are sending out digits properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
