We have a number of remote sites (BCM\SRG) connected to our main site via IP Virtual Trunks. Calls route fine and the internal calling line ID is correct (ie. Internal Name and ext. number appears fine).
However, when an external caller dials the DID number of a person at a remote site, all they get is the ACOD appear on their set so they can't identify the callers.
The calls route fine.

Here is the RDB for the IP Trunk route:

Cheers guys.

do that in the rcap of the dch

PNI 00001
that pni also needs to be in both cdb's and on the far end route, mark both routes as internal max out the rcap and you will get ld 95 names and dn's to a nortel or if you run qsig, any other switch.. i've seen that work between nortel and cisco/rolm/mitel etc

Thanks John,

I get LD95 names appearing on the IP sets at the remote sites but just not external DID numbers? A copy of my D-Channels settings are below:

ADAN DCH 20
CTYP DCIP
DES Vtrk
USR ISLD
ISLM 4000
SSRC 1800
OTBF 32
NASA YES
IFC SL1
CNEG 1
RLS ID 4
RCAP ND2 NCT RVQ TAT
MBGA NO
H323
OVLR NO
OVLS NO

I am trying to send CLID to a BCM50. All I get is the last 4 digits of the extension.

Here is a post of the RDB for the IP route. Any help greatly appreciated.
