clid on second call? 1

I have a MICS version 30BJG06 with a PRI. The customer says they get the CLID on the first call but not the second.
Is second CLID available on this system?

Yes. There is a feature code that you need to input, or program on a button, to see the second caller ID. Feature 811.

2nd call on Caller ID will come up automatically when using MICS 6.1 MR software and higher levels. You will need to make sure each line that is ringing on the set is also set up in Telco features under feature assigns to be set up to accept Caller ID : Y
