CLID name delivery 1

I am trying to set up CLID name delivery to be sent out over ATT PRI circuits. The system is a CS1KE on Rls 5.5. I have the CLID defined in LD 15, the group name defined in LD 95, NAMA and the CLID table defined on the extention, ATT says it is configured and I referred to faq798-6890. A level 2 mon shows the calling (CLG) number, and the called (CAD) number, but not the name (DISP). The DCH for this PRI is NI-2 and RCAP is NDS. Below is the MSGO, pardon the X's in the CLG and CAD field, required for privacy.
What am I missing?

NDS is the correct RCAP for NI-2 protocol

Most excellent!! I was looking for the "DISP" to see the name. How did you know to start that far back in the message elements to see the name? Any idea what GFFAC stands for? FAC=facility, GF=?

Starting and ending element is exactly 26 bit.

Not 100% sure, but GFFAC is General Function Facility messages - never really bother to get the specifics of the abbreviations, just the offsets only
