Hi

We have a number of Phantom DNs setup on our CS1K, each one has it's own DDI number and is DCFWd to a mobile phone.

When someone from outside the system calls one of these Phantom DNs, that call is sent to the mobile, but the CLID that is shown is the switchboard number, which is the default number defined on the exchange. Is it possible to have the CLID of the phantom DN shown instead?

Getting this to work would save me a lot of ear ache from above.

Thanks in advance :)

What type of ISDN trunks are you using?. I'm guessing that you are in the UK?. If you have ISDN 30e or Euro ISDN, then you might need to look at the CLID tables. Do your existing extensions show their correct number when dialing out?.

If you have DASS lines, then it might be tricky as you have to have LID tables that are normally a reversal of the IDC incoming table in LD 49.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Hi, yes I'm in the UK.

We have SIP trunks.

The physical extensions do show the DDI number when dialing out, and if one of them calls a phantom number then the DDI of the physical phone is sent to the mobile. Ideally we'd like the DDI of the Phantom shown instead.
