We have got the PRI and when we are called from a cellular phone we see the number on our screen. But when the cellular phone user restricts number idendification from his/her phone we cant see the number. Do we have any way to get the caller identification? I heard that some of others do this but i cant find it in meridian. Thanks for your help...

no if the number is not sent to the dch you can't display it. the only way to do that is with a goverment contract, ie dial 911 from home, even if your not sending clid the dispatch center has a data base that uses the lens ( dms tn) to display your name, phone number and call history.

OR YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR INCOMING LINES TO 800 NUMBERS, THEN IT DOESN'T MATTER THE NUMBER WILL BE SENT
