clicking on link gets "UNABLE TO READ CAB DATA " message

Hello:

I've scanned through existing posts and faqs and have not come across this particular error anywhere.

When user clicks on a link within an email message, an error message returns indicating "UNABLE TO READ CAB DATA".

User can cut and paste address into browser and it works fine. All other functions appear to work fine.

Any clues, or has anybody seen this particular problem?
