Got a customer who had a power outage over the weekend. When they came back to work their two 7324's with CAPS attached were clicking and blinking arrows, on the CAPS and the phones were just blinking. Had the EU unplug the line cord from the CAPs and plug into the 7324's and they came up and they can use them.I then had them unplug the power to the CAPS and then plug it back in. Hooked the CAPS back to the line cord off the wall and they still made the clicking with the blinking arrows. Also rebooted the system,CAPS still clicking. MICS 4.0 with CallPilot 100 2.1. Maybe replace the power brick to the CAPS? Anyone had this happen before?
