I have an Avaya IP office 500v2 R9.1 preferred edition

What is the easiest way to click on a number on google chrome and have it connect to my IP phone 9641G?

Do I need one-x portal with a certain worker license? or is there an easier way without a license?

If I got a worker or power worker license, what software extension do I install on Chrome?

I think best would be Avaya Communicator for Web. It can work as Softphone or as call control application.

You can also try to use some plug-in that can dial through TAPI.

I just realized that I also have a receptionist license, even though i dont have one.
And the softphone is installed on my PC, is there any way to do the chrome click to dial through the softphone?

Thank you for the suggestion, is there any setup guide for TAPI to IP Office,a nd download link?

Office worker gets you the outlook plugin.
You can then use Microsoft Smart Tags to dial form email etc...

Buy ucplusoftware, hover over a number at any place and a phone icon shows next to the number, click on the icon and the number will be dialled
