Click on Icon nothing

I have installed an application on my Citrix box via the followinf method:

1. I was logged on as a member of local administrators group

2. Installation was ran using the Add/Remove Program application

3. I was able to click Finish/Ok after Event has installed, and before the Server rebooted

It all installs okay, chen I click on the Icon, nothing, just does nothing.

Try running the command behind the Icon from a dos prompt. It may have some params after it that it don't like. Anyway dos will probably return some sort of error that will help.
You could also look in the eventvwr and see if anything is reported there.
Try downloading NTFILMON and NTREGMON from

http://www.sysinternals.com

and run them to see if their is a permissions error or something.

It could be that the app just does not run.
