I think I have the answer but not able to confirm and looking for guidance.
Some agents are getting an x infont of the CLi displayed on there screens and a beeping in their headphones but no one is connected. The CLi's are genuine calls.
Just need it confirming that if a caller disconnects when hearing ringing (i.e. hit the agent) but before answered CM5.2 does indeed give a beep to the agent when connected(Auto answer)and puts a X infront of the CLi
