CLI enable per station?

Hello again,

Its an odd one this.
A user makes outbound calls to mobile/landlines and the site number is displayed. User sitting next to her and with a port on the same Digital line card makes a call and her digits are displayed… Had a look at the station templates (6408's) and both are identical. Is there a fac that enables/disables CLI on a per phone basis.
I've removed her station and dup the station of caller that does send her digits. all users in this building need to be able to send their digits.



 
on page 2 of the station is a line for per station caller id
 
can't locate the per station caller ID, but there is the Per station CPN-Send calling number, which is blank?
 
sorry that is what i meant. blank will follow the public unkown table, r will restrict the number from going out, y is the same as blank, & n will also restrict the number.

do you have send calling number a y on your trunk group page?
 
set this to y on the users extension and still no joy. Not sure its a trunk issue as everyone else in ger office are sending their digits when making external calls. only one E1 coming out of this building so I'm guessing that the CLI is enabled as no one else has this problem.

per station CPN blocking, and unblocking codes..
user mught have been hitting the code to disable it...
 
Okay, just spent some more time trouble shooting this one.
I 've removed the station a dup a another station I know that displays digits on an outbound call. I've swapped the handset to another with a different port as well. And lastly I've TTI's another extension onto the phone and that displayed the digits. So it looks like its the extension???? I've removed this extension twice and rebuilt it duplicating two extensions that are displaying digits. I've pretty much ruled evertying out or have I????
 
Do a list trace on the station while making a call. You should be able to see what it is trying to send out. Is the station within your DID range. Some carriers will block numbers you dont own. Also check the Public unknown numbering
 
Try the change pub 4(length of extension) command.
Look for the extension you are having trouble with in the table, if it is there make the CPN prefix the number you want that extension to display when dialing out. If it isn't there, define it in the table.
 
my switch won't allow me to run the change pub command. I'm on G3 version 9.

I ran a list trace and no calling number and name is dispalyed. I asked a colleague next to that user to make an ooutbound call and caller number and name is dispalyed. They both follow the same route pattern.
 
change isdn pub worked. Thanks for all your input.
