hi
i have a IP trunk between cisco and avaya PBX, the dial plan used by these pbx is same, some of the extension programmed in avaya are moving to cisco. i wanted to forward calls coming for these extensions to the IP trunk so that cisco can handle the call.
now , the way i am forwarding calls is using coverage path ( forwarding to VDN then trunk)) this allows me to forward multiple extensions using single cove path.
now when cisco recieves these calls over trunk, will the trunk on cisco side recive the entire CLI/DNIS ( is the extension from where the call is forwarded and the VDN used for forwarding)
any body has any idea??
