Clearing the Clipboard

I'm getting the following error when trying to do a screen print of an active window. It only happens with a specific Application (Cadra - drafting program).

"item not collected. Delete items to increase space"

I've opened the clipboard viewer in Office and deleted all items. It still won't let me do a print screen. I've rebooted.

Windows XP Pro, Office XP.

Not much help here but something similar.

Can you save it in the normal clipboard without involving Office. Is your Office suite fully updated?
