May 5, 2008 #5 gknight1 Programmer Joined Jul 27, 2006 Messages 1,787 Location US check that users account folder...usually under C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts if there is a message there, delete it then in the same account folder in the status text file delete everything in that file and save. restart you voicemail services and you should be good to go Upvote 0 Downvote
