Morning,

I have a standby ipsi that has it's media servers in it's arp cache and is defauting outbound traffic to them instead of the default gateway....the other settings are correct...not sure how this happened.

Anywho, i'm not seeing a 'clear arp' command for the ipsi, so was wondering if there's a sneaky command to do so or if I should just reset the board.

Thks.

The first thing I would do is upgrade the firmware to at least version 36. This release resolves the ports defaulting to auto negotiate when you reset the IPSI. Unfortunately you'll have to set that at least once more when your done with the upgrade but after that i woulnd't even hesitate to reset the ipsi.

The isn't alot you can do as craft from an IPSI command line so thats probably you best option.

rodger on the fw...we're at 40.

i guess it's a reset then....that's why there's two!

thks.
