clear fields in a form

Does anybody know the vb code to clear the fields of a form?

Well one is to make a new record
DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec

another way is set each field to blank
Me!Text23 = ""
Me!Text45 = ""
Or
Me!City = "" DougP, MCP
