clear crypto sa, VPN connection keeps dropping

I have a VPN Connection to a customer site, everything is fine until every now and again when one of my 7 users compalin of the connectivity dropping to the customer site.

I have to connect to the PIX and run the CLEAR CRYPTO SA command, after that the connection works fine, until next time.

Any ideas of where I could look or log to sort this one out?

HI.

Check to see if you get any syslog error messages.
Post here your VPN configuration and more info like:
OS of the pix.
OS of the client.
Version of vpn client.
Type of connection to ISP of client and pix.
Is this a problem of all clients, or only a specific one?
Etc...
