CLEAR CALL LOG PASSWORD

Hello World!
I am stumped trying to clear the call log/directory password off of a 3903 set. I have scoured the manuals and the net and have found nothing that is helpful to me. The end user forgot his password and I don't know what command this feature hides behind. I would appreciate any help.

However, when I go to LD 32 I get the message:
NPR000
Then when I try to type:
* CPWD TN
I get NPR001 before I can type the TN. Forgive my ignorance, but am I doing something wrong?
