Clear Background in text cast box?

Is it possible to make the background of a text cast clear? I've got a project where there are going to be a lot of images, full screen. There must be a way to make the text visible, but the surrounding "white" space invisible. help! :)

Why not just use the Background Transparent Ink? That should work, do it all the time with my textBoxes. Makes the background invisible.
