Cleanup database

Bon,
What do you mean by 'clean up'? Do you mean that you want to pack them? If so, treat the DBC just like a table:
CLOSE DATABASES ALL
SET SAFETY OFF
USE MyDatabase.DBC IN 0 EXCLUSIVE
PACK
USE
