Cleaning up local policy after a user has been deleted

I am having trouble with an arcserve product, the user I created had the right to log on locally, as a part of the operating system, and as a service. When I deleted the user to try something it left *S-1-5-21-1935655697-413027322-68-2003330-1163 in the Local security Policy settings box. The only option you have is to add someone. I was wondering if there was a utility or someway to clean these no longer existent users out.
