clean windows XP without reinstalling

I baught a used computer with windows xp pro.. i want to delete all the files which r created by the previous user..even i want to change the register name.. i meant i want my Windows xp to be clean like new installation .. is there any program that can help me??
NOTE: i dont want to fromat and reinstall windows xp ..

First, change the registered owner and organization name:

Second, delete any old users. Control Panel, User Accounts, highlight (except for Adminitrator) any old users accounts, select Delete from the menu that appears.

Third, delete any user profiles (except Administrator):
right-click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, User Profiles - Settings, and delete all users except the Administrator.

Fourth, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Remove programs that you do not want or do not have a license for.

Fifth, double-click My Computer. Right-click each hard disk(s), Properties, and use the Disk Cleanup tool for all, including using the Options tab to specify additional areas to clean.

Sixth, right-click the Recycle Bin, and empty it.

Seventh, start IE, Tools, Internet Options, and empty your Temporary Internt cache and History files.

Eighth, double-click My Computer, for each hard disk(s), right-click, Properties, Tools. First schedule an 'Error Checking' session with all options enabled. This will occur on reboot. Second, use the Disk Defragmenter tool to defragment the drive(s).

Ninth, go to:

and use the free Drive Detective utility to scan your hardware for possible driver updates. Then use Google to find the OEM driver updates.

Tenth, head to Windows Update and get current with all hotfixes.

Last,head to your antivirus sooftware website and get current with any AV definition files. Then follow carefully the use of, in this order: cwshredder, AdAware, and SpyBot from faq608-4650

Well to clear out the old users stuff just delete his folder under Documents and Settings or use that add/remove user in control panel user settings think you can say yes to remove all files.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOrganization. Under "Value data", type the name that you want, and then click OK. To change the name of the registered owner, do the following: In the right pane, double-click RegisteredOwner. Under "Value data", type the name that you want, and then click OK/Exit.

Be carefull before modifying your registry and back it up first!
