Classifieds: inserted text frames do not follow general flow.

Hello guys. Really struggling with this one: in classifieds section I cut and paste text frames with adverts into main text, which supposed to flow with the rest of the text, but for some reason it doesn't follow Text Wrap rule and go under advert blocks and below margins.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
