Do a search on nortel+merl, your looking for Software Input/Output Guide book 1 of 3, nt part number, A0818140. If your not a member of the nortel sl-1 end users group, you might try there. or check with other edu staffs in your area, a merl cd comes with every upgrade and most of use have it on disk. your vendor has a copy, and if you bought your switch, he has your copy
